Description
Vintage WWII women's Navy WAVES officer's hat with white cover. The white cover snaps in and can be switched out for seersucker or blue covers. There is one spot of wear / fraying on the side of the brim. Small pulls in the material. The white cover is discolored and has some staining (I have not attempted to clean it). Nice W.A.V.E.S. label inside. Marked size 22 1/2 but it actually measures closer to 21 1/2" (it could be put on a hat stretcher and stretched back out). Some green/blue oxidization on the snaps.
