Original vintage WWII US Navy WAVES women's service hat (enlisted). It is marked size 22, but it seems to have shrunk with age and it fits more like a 21.
Overall fairly good condition. W.A.V.E.S. labels. The white cover has some staining (I have not tried to clean it). The tally is a little wrinkled and has some tiny pinprick holes and some odd stitching in places. The white cover snaps on to the brim and can be changed out for a seersucker or navy blue cover (only the white cover is included).
