Winter WAC Off Duty Dress

Original WWII WAC (women's army corps) winter wool off-duty dress with belt.

MEASUREMENTS (approximate):
Bust - 37"
Waist - 26"
Hips - 37"
Length - 38" 
Sleeve (shoulder seam to end of cuff) - 21 1/2" 

Marked size 13. No other labels. Long metal zipper down the front. Shoulder pads sewn inside (the shoulder pads are in rough shape with a lot of damage). Decent, wearable condition. Small scattered holes (see photos). The biggest hole is on the side underneath the belt. The hem has some tears / fraying/ holes. A bit of staining along the inside collar. Some light discoloration in areas (not too noticeable). Wear under the arms (the material is a little more "fuzzy" there). A little wrinkly. No attempt has been made to launder this piece. Slight "old" smell.
