Women's Ike Jacket Red Lining Theater Made 9th Air Force (B-36" W-27")

Vintage WWII women's Ike jacket with red lining and theater made 9th Air Force patch.

Waist - 27"
Length - 17 1/2"
Sleeve (shoulder seam to end of cuff) - 22"

This jacket is most likely British made, although there are no labels. Red lining was typical of British made items, especially Air Corps items. Overall good condition with a few small issues. The buttons down the front are British, although one has been replaced by a standard US button. One button on the end of the sleeve is missing. The sleeves look like they have been shortened. Some wear on the end of the cuffs. Bullion service stripes. A few small light colored stains on the sleeves (nothing very noticeable). Some holes in the red lining by where the patch is sewn on.
