They are wind-resistant and water-repellent and could be worn over the wool trouser liners. It has buttons in the back waist to adjust the size a bit. It has a pocket and buttons up the side.
These pants have been taken out and reworked a bit. They have been taken out around the crotch and on the legs and you can see the stitching of where the original seam was. There is stitching on the pant legs as well (not where a seam was). Some pulls in the material. The inside tag is washed out. The inside of the pocket has some staining.
