At first glance these were unimpressive, but there are some rather good pictures in this lot. One picture shows the actual Wehrmacht wooden folding table (not the map table, the radio table but clearly being used for a map) as well as a decent shot of the tubular steel communications folding stool and another shot of a man using the RK31 with the range finder tube and accessories visible in the foreground. Also there are several horse photos. It looks like this mainly shows an artillery unit practicing the fundamentals of setting up the battery. 15 photos total.
You really do not find many photos of some of this equipment. I can probably count on one hand the number of photos that exist with the chair or table or of someone using the RK31. This is one of those things that will not sound at all exciting to most people but for the people that know, well, they just know.
