Original French mess kit from 1939. M.M.T. Tournus maker. The French mess kit was actually fairly widely used in the Wehrmacht by various units, especially the lower tier units and support elements. Overall fairly good condition with a few small dents and dings. Looks to be initials crudely carved into the lid. This one is lacking the interior extra tray.
