Description
Original Alpen-Milch Bären-Marke condensed milk cardboard bulk shipping box. The box has a date of 1934 - meaning that the box was built to standards specified in 1934, it does not necessarily mean that it was actually packaged in 1934. This is a very popular and well known brand in the collecting world. It is documented as having been distributed to the army.
This is a cardboard box so it is fairly amazing that has survived at all in. It does show age and wear but is still a complete box with all of its flaps intact. This is a really great rations item for display or for your collection. It measures approximately 15 1/2" by 10 1/4" and is about 10" tall.
