    Vintage WWII US Army Nurse ANC hospital uniform dress with belt and insignia.

    MEASUREMENTS (approximate): 
    Bust - 39"
    Waist - 27"
    Hips - 37"
    Length - 43"
    Belt - 30"

    Army nurse caduceus and U.S. insignia pins on the collar. 1st lieutenant rank bars on the shoulders. The belt seems a bit big for the dress but both pieces are named to Beck N2271. The dress and belt have mother of pearl buttons attached with cotter pins. The sleeves have mother of pearl cuff links. It buttons all they way down. The hidden buttons on the skirt are slightly smaller than the ones on the top and belt.

    Overall good condition. There are a few brown specks and some pulls in the material.
