Army Nurse Uniform: Jacket, "Pink" Skirt, Blouse, Tie and Garrison Cap

Vintage WWII complete army nurse officer's uniform: OD green jacket, "pink" skirt, khaki blouse, khaki tie and OD green garrison cap.

GARRISON CAP: size 22

JACKET: The jacket is labeled size 12R. Lieutenant insignia pins on the epaulets. The ribbon bars are: American Defense Service Medal, American Theatre Area (red color is faded), European-Africa-Middle Eastern Area with one campaign star, and WWII Victory Medal. The label in the pocket is a bit washed out. There is a small smudge and a tiny moth bite by the pocket. Light staining to the lining. Jacket is in otherwise very good condition.

SKIRT: The skirt has been reworked. The waistband has been redone and it was made too short, so when it buttons it overlaps the zipper a bit. Some of the stitching is a bit off, but it is not done too poorly. *The skirt has been shortened, but there is a 4" so it can be let back down. There are some moth nibbles in the skirt, mostly toward the bottom.

BLOUSE: The chest pocket has a spot to put a pen. There are some light stains throughout. The end of one sleeve has lot of staining and the other sleeve has staining above the cuff. The neck has a tiny hole in the back. The material on the collar is wearing thin. There are some rust stains inside the collar area (not visible when worn). The blouse looks fine when the jacket is worn overtop as all of the flaws are covered.

GARRISON CAP: It has the gold officer's braid and lieutenant insignia pin. The hat has no size tag, but it measures out to a size 22. There is some wear to the braid in the back. Otherwise good condition.

TIE: Good condition khaki necktie.

Unfortunately, although all these pieces came together, none of them are named.
