Description
Original large aluminum water jug marked R.A.D. W.A.L. 39. Interesting to see one marked to the Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD). It is in OK condition. It needs a very good cleaning. It shows a lot of wear / oxidation. It has some dents and dings from use. The handle misshapen but useable. Someone drew an arrow to point to the markings. These are synonymous with barracks life in the German army. You frequently see them in photos and often drawn into cartoons and comics. It stands about 15 1/2" tall at the tallest point and the bottom is about 9 7/8" in diameter.
