Black Wool Dress with Unique Buckle Buttons

Vintage 1930s / 1940s black wool dress with unique buckle buttons and belt.

Cute dress with decorative stitching around the collar and down the front. Nice decorative accents on the chest. The buttons and belt have a really neat buckle design on them. I've never seen buttons like these before! They are wood with a little leather piece and a buckle in the center. Hidden side zipper (marked Koh-i-noor Kover Zip).

Overall good condition, but with a few flaws. Small hole in one of the decorative pieces on the chest. Small repair in the skirt. A few areas of light scuffs. Some pulls in the material and some loose strings. Very light fading on the shoulders (not very noticeable). The waist seam is a bit uneven, but that is hidden by the belt. Interesting style of shoulder pads sewn inside.
