Die Neue Gartenlaube Heft 15 from 4th April 1938. This magazine was the new version of the worlds first magazine Die Gartenlaube which came out in 1853. Their objective was to reach and enlighten the whole family, especially in the German middle classes, with a mixture of current events, essays on the natural sciences, biographical sketches, short stories, poetry, and full-page illustrations. There is some wear on the spine and general age related staining. Articles on Austria, a parachuting sheep, fashion, cooking, etc. I just discovered this was apparently published every day which seems fairly extreme for the era.
