Description
Eg-gu brand shoe polish container made from glass and Bakelite. Ideal for reenacting and displays since they are virtually identical to war time Eg-gu but newer made (1950s/1960s) so you don't have to feel bad about beating it up a bit.
This is a new old stock item, with some black shoe polish inside, although the polish has dried out and shrunken quite a bit. I had another one of these that I was able to empty out and revitalize the paste with heat and oil and some modern polish and then pour it back into the container.
