Original "Ein Volk Ein Reich Ein Führer" German small patriotic pin which I believe is made of ceramic. In good condition. I believe this is one of the WHW (Winterhilfwerk) pins that was given out when you donated.
Note: it is more of a pastel green color (the photo gives it a bit more of a blue hue than it has).
