Interesting German emesis basin made out of an odd material. It feels like a very heavily impregnated paper based material. This kidney-bean shaped dish is used in medical and surgical wards to receive soiled dressings and other medical waste. The shape of the dish allows it to be held against the patient's body to catch any falling fluids or debris (when washing out a small wound, for example). In good condition with light general wear.
