Description
This is either a pre-war shovel sold on the civilian market for camping or to the HJ etc... or perhaps just a very early post war civilian shovel. It has a decal for a sport haus in Stuttgart on the handle. It is a little smaller than typical army e-tools. There is a Maltese cross maker mark. It was painted blue at one point in time and that has partly been stripped off. There are a few small worm holes in the handle; nothing that should effect its usefulness as a shovel. Would be a good reenacting shovel. It measures about 17 3/4" long.
