Pre-war Gala Peter milk chocolate tin. Daniel Peter of Vevey Switzerland created the first chocolate that didn't spoil by using dehydrated milk in 1875. In 1887, Gala Peter became the world's first commercially sold milk chocolate. Tin is in fairly good condition with light wear.
