Description
Vintage WWI French Gloire au 75 cannon necklace. "Glory to the 75" in reference to the 75mm field gun (known in French as Canon de 75 modèle 1897 but commonly referred to as the French 75). It is widely regarded as the first modern artillery piece. The necklace is in good condition with some discoloration.
