Period German stamp holder for 12 stamps. It is in OK condition with some rust and wear. These actually come up a lot in original military photos in office like environments, both near and well behind the front lines. This should unscrew into base components, but this one is not cooperating. Maybe a little oil and effort would loosen it, but you might not ever need to take it apart anyway.
