Large German Army Pattern Coffee Mug

Original large German standard military pattern coffee mug without markings. This is a great mug, I have replaced all of my coffee mugs at home with these. Its simple and elegant. This one is not marked in any way but is the same style as the Wehrmacht, Kriegsmarine, Luftwaffe, RAD, DAF standard coffee mugs. The marked cups now go for about $50-$150 each now so this is a great way to get a usable cup at a more usable price.

This is the biggest size of this cup, I know of about 4 different sizes and this will hold a 12oz coffee with plenty of room for cream or milk. I would say it probably holds close to 16oz total. It is in good condition, with no cracks of chips that I noticed. There are some small brown specs in the glaze at the base of the cup and one sort of hole on the inside edge of the handle which seems to be part of the manufacturing process. A great cup that is only for sale because my cupboard is already stocked.
