Vintage WWI era German medical smallpox vaccine set in the tin, but incomplete. It is missing a small bowl and flask. Marked Med. Waarenhaus. Fairly rare piece. This likely dates bewteen 1916 and 1922 (the company changed its name in 1922). OK condition with some discoloration.
