Reproduction German Nähzeug sewing kit tin with black thread, feldgrau thread, darning wool, needles with holder and thimble, and spare buttons. We have added a holder for the sewing needles to this kit which has a large thimble for the cap. This is the last of the tins that we had made and it took almost a year to track down decent thread stars to put in it. The sock darning wool is actually original sock wool that I had in storage which we wound onto a card. A very handy kit to keep in your rucksack or tunic pocket. The needles are very good quality, not the bendy trash you typically get these days. The photos show the base model kit. We did include additional bits in some of the kits, but I won't make promises as I added the extras somewhat randomly.
These are likely the last of the kits that I will make, due the scarcity of the thread and difficulty to get more tins made. More might be possible, but they would likely be too expensive to put together.
