Description
Original 1940 Neumanns Gesundheits-Kalendar health calendar. Apparently breathing was a big deal for 1940 as it seems much of the health advice revolves around that. Germans are passionate about their "frisches luft", maybe this is where it all started. There are a lot of neat pictures and illustrations in this one. I particularly like the mechanical man diagram for breathing. I feel like this could supply a fair amount of amusement and useful information for the era. There is some staining mostly on the cover and some childish scribbles in pencil. Overall, its in decent condition and doesn't feel particularly fragile, I would feel comfortable reading it and confident it wouldn't be destroyed in the process.
