Original 1941 20L triangular Kraftstoff Explosionssicher! fuel can made by TGL. Before the "Jerry can" came into existence, the German army used a large variety of galvanized fuel cans - many of which were triangular in shape. These were made into the early 1940's. They can be seen in many early photos and manuals strapped to running boards or various mounts on trucks etc...This is a really cool can. It is in pretty good condition with MC painted on the side, one or two minor dents and some random paint dribbles (The color of the paint is almost ordnance green). Nice complete can.
