Period 4 color mechanical pencil. Photographien brand. Only some black and blue pencil lead is left. I am not sure if the red and green can be refilled or not, but the mechanism to feed the lead out is working. It looks like it maybe takes about 1mm lead. You start by rotating the top to select a color and then to extend the lead you turn the little tip that pops out. Neat fancy pencil.
