Original Polish eagle made in the USA by Polish communities for Polish patriotic organizations. Most likely made between 1939-1941. In Poland, they were also known as "Illinois Eagles". Unfortunately, the pins on the back are broken off. It looks intentional, but I'm not sure what the goal was. There is a maker marking but it is not very clear (it looks like P.A.&T. or A.A.&T. ?). Some tarnishing / discoloration. It appears to have been plated and this finish has worn off on many high surfaces and there are some small bits of flakey plating.
