    Vintage 1940s purple dress with big pockets.

     

    MEASUREMENTS (approximate):
    Bust - 38"
    Waist - 29"-30"
    Hips - 42"
    Length - 40 1/2"

     

    This dress has button detail around the collar and pockets. The pockets are nice and deep - measuring 7 1/2" deep at the shortest part and 9 1/2" wide. Margo Walters label. 

     

    CONDITION: Decent, wearable shape but with some issues. There is some light staining throughout (no attempt has been made to clean it). The hem is rather stained (it could be lengthened almost 4" but there are many stains on the bottom that are currently hidden when worn). There is a repair on the back hip area. Ever so slight fading on the shoulder area (not very noticeable). One pocket has two small holes. The fabric around the side metal zipper was taken out slightly. See photos.
