Published by the Committee for Economic Enlightenment (Reichsausschuss für Volkswirtschaftliche Aufklärung) in connection with the Reich Women's Leadership (Reichsfrauenführung). I didn't see a date but has nice graphics with ration cards on the front. In overall good condition
