Description
Vintage 1940s red and green plaid dress with belt.
MEASUREMENTS (approximate):
Bust - 37"
Waist - 26"
Hips - full
Length 45 1/2"
The label sewn inside is "Rae Mar Juniors." It closes with a metal side zipper - the buttons are for decoration only. There are shoulder pads sewn in.The dress is in decent wearable condition but it does have a few issues. The most noticeable of which is wear to both armpits - the material in that area has gotten fuzzy and the colors have blended a little. It also has some pulls in the fabric. On the front, near the buttons, there are a few spots and pin-prick holes. The collar has some wear and discoloration. There is a repair in one of the pleats in the skirt (not seen when worn).
