Description
Very ornate reproduction military krug, Erinerung a. m. Dienstzeit "In Memory of my Service" The soldier on horse back on the lid is in good condition although some of the horses legs are a little bent. The lid seems to sit slightly crooked. Nice piece either to put on the shelf or for an evening of fancy drinking.
This is a krug, not a stein. Stein is what English speakers and tourists say. In German a stein is a stone, and is not used to describe a beverage container.
