Description
Reproduction German straw mattress pad. These are post-war or wartime US mattress covers - very similar construction to wartime German mattress pads. We added reproduction markings to get the right look. Made from heavy-duty durable cotton material. There is an opening with ties at one end which is a style I have seen original examples of. More comfortable than a cot - just stuff with your own bedding material. Some may have a US marking stamp as well. Only a few available. No hope of restock.
