Vintage Rotbart razor and razor blade company advertising ashtray. Gut rasiert - gut gelaunt! (well shaved - in a good mood). Maker marked Porzellanfabrik Arno Fischer Ilmenau/Th. It shows some wear - the colors are not as vibrant in some places. Some discoloration in spots. The bottom is a bit dirty.
