German Aluwa brand aluminum bread/sandwich tin in good condition. A nice bread bag stuffer to keep your sandwich safe. Aluwa also made canteens and mess kits. Price is for one. All are in similar condition to the photos.
These were an important part of everyday life for Germans, so it is no wonder they found their way to the front lines as well. Bread tins are frequently found by battlefield diggers across Europe and Russia. They were even being produced as early as WWI. They are pictured on the cover of the 1939 Der Sportler catalog.
