Original spoon from Eden Hotel in Berlin. The hotel was built in 1912 on what is now Budapester Straße near the Berlin Zoo. It was completely destroyed in a bombing in 1943. It was one of Berlin's most luxurious hotels where a number of significant figures stayed, including Marlene Dietrich, Willy Fritsch and Erich Maria Remarque. The spoon appears to be silver plated with a fair amount of wear to the plating.
