Description
Vintage 1940s dark blue straw hat with multi colored bows and pink feathers. This is a tilt hat, meaning it is not meant to be worn on top like a regular hat. It should be worn slightly on the forehead and there is an elastic strap inside to help it stay in place. There is a veil and the netting may have a few holes. The back has a large dark blue bow. New York Creation Consumer's Protection Label. Good condition overall.
