Vintage German "Super Rad" bicycle badge. Rad just means "bicycle" in German but it makes for an amusing brand name. Price is for one. All have some flaking on the blue paint. Chances are more paint may flake off on its way to you. Otherwise, decent shape. I am unsure the date on these.
