Tobacco companies in the US began putting free textile items into their cigarette and tobacco products around 1905 and the fad seems to have lasted into WWI. Price is for all four flannel flags shown: Triple Alliance, two Austro-Hungary flags, and Italy. They have some brown spots on them.
