Vintage WWII US Navy sweetheart apron. One pocket with United States Navy U.S.N. and anchor embroidery. The apron looks to be trimmed with Army Air Corps garrison cap cord (blue/yellow). The material feels like satin. Nice dark blue / purple color.
It is in OK condition. It does show wear and is a bit wrinkly. There are some pulls in the material and some overall fading / discoloration. The cord trim is also worn in a few areas.
The main body of the apron not including any straps is 23" tall and the apron part measured under the waistband is 14 1/2". The total length end to end of the waist ties is 58".
