US Navy WAVES Seersucker Work Uniform Dress

Vintage 1940s WWII US Navy WAVES women's seersucker working uniform dress.

MEASUREMENTS (approximate):
Bust - 36"
Waist - 26"
Hips - 36"
Length - 39 1/2"

Nice label at the neck and another near the metal side zipper. Light stain on the front and several on the skirt. Beige colored stain on sleeve. Red/pink spots on the skirt. Some tiny holes and pulls in the material. The side zipper still works but has some corrosion. 

I have not made any attempt to launder it (I believe the stains may come out, or at least be rendered less noticeable after a good cleaning).
