Rather old hygiene set typical of the late 1800's. It is German made. I did not see any markings. The set includes 3 tools which are various kinds of scrapers. This seems like the sort of thing you might have been given as a gift in 1870 and you say thank you and proceed to never use it, and here it is today looked after but never used for over a century. I do not know its exact age, but it really would not be very out of place at a civil war reenactment.
