Vintage WWII women's WAC Ike jacket and skirt.

    MEASUREMENTS (approximate):
    IKE JACKET:
    Bust - 38"
    Waist - 31"
    Length - 17 1/2"
Sleeve (shoulder seam to cuff) - 23 1/2"
    SKIRT:
    Waist - 28"-28 1/2"
    Hips - 39"
    Length - 26 3/4"

U.S. and WAC enlisted collar discs. Overall good condition. The jacket looks like it may have been a service jacket that has been tailored to an Ike jacket. The buttons on the front are civilian buttons (hidden when worn). The snaps on the waist look to be sewn with stocking mending thread (a cool period fix - using what she had available). The buttons look like they were moved in slightly - the buttons and snaps could all be moved out about 1/2" if needed. The lining in the sleeves needs restitched at the cuffs. Serial number stamped inside the jacket. Some stains on the lining and uneven seams.  The skirt has the original label "Skirts, WAAC, Winter, Members Size 16" Dated March 22 1943. The label is a little worn, but still readable. There is a tiny pinprick hole on the skirt by the waistband.
