Vintage WWII women's OD wool WAC shirtwaist blouse.

Marked size 36. There is a name and WAC enlisted serial number stamped in the neck, but it is hard to read. Army Air Corps patch and sergeant rank stripes. Overall good condition. There is some wear under the arms. Small spot on one pocket. The sleeves look like they may have been shortened.
