Vintage WWII women's Navy WAVES officer's hat with white cover. The white cover snaps in and can be switched out for seersucker or blue covers (not included). Nice W.A.V.E.S. label inside. Marked size 23 1/2 but it actually measures closer to a 23 (it could be put on a hat stretcher and stretched back out). Overall good condition with light wear.
