Description
Original WWII dog tag for Dollena K Drane. Civilians sometimes received dog tags with the designation of Dep of US National (possibly meaning dependent of US National?). I am not sure the significance of the dog tag as it is the only one like it that I have seen and I have found very little information on this type of tag online.
