Vintage WWII US Marine Corps women's officer's jacket
Bust - 37 1/2"
Waist - 33"
Length - 25 1/2"
Sleeve (shoulder seam to end of cuff)- 23 3/4"
During WWII, roughly 1,000 officers and 18,000 enlisted women served in the Marine Corps. The material is similar to men's Marine officer's material - it is not the same wool as the typical USMCWR jacket. EGA insignia on the collar and rank pins on the epaulets. There are a few small holes and some spots of wear. There is a small white spot on the back. Still in wearable shape.
