Aug 21, 2013 UK shipping update We have examined all of our options for UK shipping and have arrived at a better solution. We have changed all UK shipments to flat rate and added registered where we can. We will no longer be able to refund shipping costs if your order is lost in the mail. Our new shipping rates are more expensive, but still much cheaper than all the other options we explored (about $70 cheaper.) If shipping charges turn out to be less than what you are charged we will refund the difference. We appreciate our UK based customers, as we know they are generally quality reenactors that appreciate details and authenticity, but our extremely high shipping loss rate is making UK orders a losing proposition. We try to keep our margins reasonable unlike many other places but it does limit our options in this case. We will give this new system a try and see how well it works. Fingers crossed.
