Friday Updates Will Resume July 18th
Our regular Friday 6:00pm updates worked out well for everyone so we intend to continue them starting on Friday July 18th. This should give us enough time recover from traveling and the shock of not being in Germany anymore. It is still too soon to tell, but it seems like we will be able to make coming to Germany to buy a regular trip every year. Reproduction items and most of our US Inventory will be turned on along with our new updates. It could take time to resume making some of our reproductions as materials will have to ordered etc... Europe Trip Coming to an End
We are nearing the end of our European trip. If you have ordered items and are havng them held, shipping invoices will be sent out Monday June 30 or Tuesday July 1. When we weigh your order to send an invoice, we will also let you know if you can add more items without changing shipping costs, so you can get the most out of shipping. If you want to place an order, you have until Wednesday July 2 at 11:59 PM - after which time, our inventory will be turned off. We will ship the remaining inventory back to the States, but the base price of items will have to go up to reflect shipping costs.Read more → -

NEW ITEMS EVERY FRIDAY AT 6PM EST
While we are in Germany, we will be uploading items on a weekly basis. Every Friday at 6PM Eastern time, this week's findings will go live. We decided it would be easier and more exciting to release them all at once rather than trickle out a few items at a time. We expect about 90- 110 items to be live in this week's update. Over the next 2 months, we will be traveling around Europe. Some of our inventory will remain in the U.S. with a colleague who will be shipping it on our behalf. As always, we will ship orders as fast as possible but, while traveling, there are a number of factors that will slow us down as we will not have our supply of packaging materials, our internet connection will be sporadic, the list goes on. We have noted in every item description whether it will ship from the U.S. or from Europe. As we travel and pick up new items they will be added to the site. If you wish to buy an item and have us hold it to ship later, so you can see the new items we list and combine shipping at the end of the trip, just add it to your cart, make a note on your order, check out normally, and we will refund you the difference for combined shipping when it is time to ship out your package. Shipping from Germany is done by weight so feel free to max out your order to the next flat rate. We will post a cost by weight chart on every European listing along with each individual items packed weight so you can play with the numbers and get the most out of your shipping.

U.S. based inventory unavailable from May 4th to July 15th
Read more →Soon we will be in Europe and posting new inventory as we find it on our trip. After May 4th most of our US based inventory will be unavailable and remain unavailable until we return in mid July. If there is something you want for the summer display season, it may be unavailable after May 4th. We have already marked several made to order items as out of stock and more will follow over the next two weeks.

General update
Read more →Things have calmed down here now that the SOS is well behind us. We have added a few new products to the site, including original and reproduction items. We are working on some new items but are mostly concerned with making more 8cm range tables. We delivered about 8 range tables but have had trouble producing good ones since shutting the machine down to leave for the SOS. Since then we have produced 6 unusable range tables for everyone good one, we are working to fix that and get the tables out to everyone that reserved one.

Verbandkasten stencil restock
Read more →We located a handful of Verbandkasten stencils hidden away on a shelf so they are available again. We are getting ready for GAP so if there is something you want us to bring, let us know ASAP. We are bringing a lot of reenactment rifle grenades, box latches, field phone cranks and some other odds and ends.

8cm range tables are entering production
Read more →8cm Range tables are now trickling off the production line. As soon as the blackening solution arrives, these should be ready to ship. It is a very good thing we are engraving these on our own machine; it takes 3 hours and 17 minutes just to carve the straight lines! We avoid paying $25+ per hour for someone else's machine time. The machine has to work slow since the bit is so small and fragile. We're not sure when the first one will be done. All in all. they are turning out better than expected now that we have done...
