Vintage late 1930s Chinese Civilian Relief donation pin from the American Bureau for Medical Aid to China. The A.B.M.A.C. sent help to China after the Japanese invasion. Decent condition with rust on the back. Maker marked along the side, but it is a bit hard to read.
